Snype32
Hi I am looking for LF-10 and 12 Subwoofers. It seems they are hard to find, and I would like to play with one as they seem to have good specs. I do have a woofer from a LF-10, and I tried it with a Velodyne SPL amp with very good results, so I am hoping to find more so I can build a couple of subs. Any info would be great! Thanks Snype32
TheEAR
For starters these subs had problems(air leaks). The woofer part should be a good one however,as most Klipsch drivers are quite durable designs.
Snype32
Thanks for the reply... I'm not too worried about the design flaws, as I'm sure I can repair them. I have built a number of subs, so taking them apart and fixing them is no big deal to me. Snype32
Snype32
Bump!! Still looking for a LF-10 or 12 Snype32
OneTwoMany
You can't because many of these problems pertained to the actual driver, amp and passives radiators, not just the box. Production was ceased for a good reason.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Hifi jim
Hi Snype32, New to the forum. I'm looking to sell my LF-10 and my KG4's for an upgrade to Heresy's. If you are interested in my LF-10, it's in perfect shape a 10 easy. No problems at all. I am the original owner and have used it with my HT and my Maggies with great success. I'm moving to a smaller place and simply can't use my existing system, so I must part with what is simply the biggest sounding 10" sub I've ever heard. Has more power during the cannon scenes from "Master in Commander" than my friends $5k Rel Stentor. Of course, his Rel out performs the Klipsch in terms of definition and slam. But oh how I love to play those cannons when he comes over! I have the original box and manual. I'll be listing it on Audiogon and eBay soon under the username jims_sale. Thanks, Jim
Snype32
Yes I would be interested. How much are you wanting for it? PM me with details... Thanks!
Snype32
Anybody else want to get rid of a LF-10? I thought with all the problems they seem to have, finding one would not be a problem....
jzoz01
I have one in my bedroom that I've been using since college and have had no issues. Great little sub. I may be looking to part with it, it's complete overkill for the KG3.5s in my bedroom.
