We may not find a RB993. I am also considering the adcom 5503. I'm currently using adcom for the center (200w) and surrounds (100w).

Rotel may be coming out with a 3 channel 200wpc amp. One of their techs told me they were getting a lot of pressure to do so.

You are correct. I'm using a GFA 2535 (200w) for the center and then a GFA 2545 (100w) for the surrounds. I have been pleased using them with the Legend series.

I use a Rotel 1080 for the mains and have been trying to find the RB993 to go with that amp. I have read that the RB993 runs extremely hot. I have even considered going to a Rotel 1095, but I'm concerned about the quality of the 2 channel audio.

If you're interested in Sunfire, there is a unit 5 X 200 on ebay. The current bid is around $425.
