TDCO
I have a KV-2 center channel that never sounded right with my Epic CF-2 front speakers. Now I see on your website that the match for the CF-2s is the KV-4 which is no longer made. Can anyone recommend another matching center speaker or tell me where to get a KV-4? Do I need an equalizer? Now that my home has tile instead of carpet I can't understand dialogue anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated. aab3rd
The KLF-C7 will work with the Epic line although the KV-4 is a better match. I have been looking for a KV-4 to go with my CF-1s in case I ever want to use them in a second HT room. I have not seen one on e-bay or audiogon since I have been looking (about 2 mths). As far as your room goes, you need to put some rugs down over the tile to help with the reflection that the tile produces.
Kilowatter
According to the chart I got from this board, a modern match for your speakers would be a RF 7 center and RS 3 surrounds.
