And directly behind the listening area pointing towards the TV is second choice. Any of you have them mounted about 3 feet behind the main listening area on the left and right walls, but still pointing towards each other? wife-said-no Posted February 16, 2001 Share Posted February 16, 2001 If speaker cable isn't a problem then you have 2 choices. 1) string them up and if you don't like them use a little spackle on the hole. ($2 at Wal-mart). Nobody will even know the hole was there. 2) place them on a bar stool or something that puts them at around the right height. ------------------ Come on honey why can't I spend some more money?
