colterphoto1
are they still in very good shape? No bashed corners or scratches? Grilles still fit properly? I think I'd like these for my bedroom which has dark cherry furniture. Can you put up a nic pic of the wood grain again please? Also any pic of the worst of the nicks. colterphoto1
Well i have not because it does not bother me ... would you please to see if the damage can be concealed? I might purchase these but would like to know if that can be made to look less damaged. Michael
Werner Enge
Michael , I think , You can fill in the scratches with a little material , and then polish out the rests . If You do that well , You´ll don´t see any scratches anymore . greetz .
boston_klipsch
hello Michael the speakers are not damaged in anyway shape or form just a scratch ...
boston_klipsch
Hi Werner thanks for the advice ... But what little material are you talking about ?
Werner Enge
I don´t know how it´s called , it´s a mix out of wood , smallest pieces , and glue . Fill it in and then sand it . Then mahogany . Then clearcoat . greetz .
dbflash
Michael if you don't want them I need them. I have a pair of cornwalls and 2 pairs of heresy's. one of the pair of heresy's are in my bedroom system. I have been looking for RB-5's for the bedroom system. boston_klipsch do you have the original boxes? I have read the horror stories about shipping speakers, but boston is just too long of a drive for rb-5's. Danny
