mg16
I am tweaking a set of 1980 Lascalas. I have puttied the horns,(helped smooth high end), changed the old iron core chokes to Alpha Core equivalents,(more wham in the low end), and am going to rewire the drivers with Audioquest 4 cable. Can someone tell me the best way to gain access to the woofer chamber? It appears to be sealed inside the lower bass bin, with no removeable panels, or anyway to get to it without tearing apart the cabinet. Any help appreciated. Thanks, mg16
mpgwagon
Acess is through the botom of the cabinet. Turn them upside down and remove the srews that hold the bottom in place. There is a sealer used so be carefull not to damage it. ------------------ Home Theater: Technics SA-1040DX Klipsch SF1 Fronts Klipsch KSW12 Sub.
