We get a lot of power outages here in Austin in the summer. This will keep the projector running after a outage till you can safley turn it off. Some people don't know this but if a projector turns off without the cool down period you loose 10% of your bulb life everytime it happens. New in box never opened. 150.00 plus shipping.
