A pair is better but if you only have provisions for a single I would certainly give it a try. There is a KV-4 on eBay right now which is the correct center for your Epic series speakers, it will make a difference in your front stage since the KLF-C7 is designed for the Legend (KLF) series speakers. I will try it with the SS1's for surrounds. Thanks for the heads up on the KV4.
