mdl
I have a pair of Heresy II's and an Academy for HT. I am curious about what is a good surround recommendation (I need a wall mount side surround pair, and I have rear surrounds in a bookshelf). I would like to know the preferred surrounds for these speakers. I see SS-1 and RS-25 surrounds on the used market; are these appropriate? Thx!
SCOOTERDOG
Another pair of Heresy's. You can build a wedge to mount them too so they are pointed down at an angle just like you see in theaters. scooter
mdl
Thx scooter, I wish I could, but I just do not have that kind of side room. The walking corridors are down the side of the theater, and I want to have side surrounds that are in the 8" or less depth range.
ScorpsFan
I'm using KSF-S5's they do the trick with Heresy II's and a KLF-C7 center for me. They show up on e-bay and Audiogon on a regular basis, just make sure you can pick them up or they pack correctly as it's easy to crush the corners or knock loose a driver when the delivery apes go to work[] Best of luck!
