milton10 Posted February 3, 2007 Share Posted February 3, 2007 I know nothing about this sub. It had a rattle in it, but found that a small screw was somehow in the cabinet. I removed it and it sounds great. It has a tiny tear in the surround that I may try to repair with rubber cement. Does anyone know if this is a very good sub? TheEAR Posted February 3, 2007 Share Posted February 3, 2007 It the most basic Velodyne sub,for anything close to $10 a steal. No deep bass here,good to reinforce small sats. Use a cement that will remain elastic after it dries(so to speak),also apply a very thin coat,as the sourround does not have to cope with any significant pressure(around the spot).
