DrWho
I just recently picked up this album at Best Buy and thought I'd share it with the forum. You can find more info here: http://www.quinlanroad.com/ If you're a celtic music fan, then I think you'll love this CD. I've listened to the album half a dozen times since I've purchased it and have been enjoying it very much. I just love her voice. I rarely see Loreena McKennitt mentioned on the forums. Are there any other fans out there?
TNRabbit
I've liked just about everything I've heard by her. Was turned onto it by a coworker.
damonrpayne
Pick up "The mask and the mirror" that came before this. Her latest, "An Ancient Muse" is also good although mostly lacking any radio friendly singles.
DrWho
I actually wanted to pick up "The Mask and the Mirror", but it doesn't have the song "Mummer's Dance" which I really wanted to have - and is my favorite song of hers. What do you mean about "An Ancient Muse" not having radio friendly singles? Is that good or bad?
damonrpayne
The album is good, but there's not anything in particular that stands out like Mummer's Dance, meaning you're not likely to hear any of it on the radio.
