sethhobrin
I just got my RF-82s last night to replace the RF-3s I had for fronts. I moved the RF3s to the back for Rear Surround duty but they did not pass the wife acceptability test.... I am not so sure i like them either back there. So.... I think I am going to sell them. However I still would very much like 7.1 speakers. I was looking and I think Klipsch bookshelves would work out very well on stands. Would you guys go with the RB-61 or RB-81s for Rear Surrounds? Also on Klipsch's site they have some neat black stands under there bookshelves. Where do I find stands like this and how do they mount to Klipsch Bookshelf speakers? Currently I have RF-82 Fronts, RC-62 Center, RS52 Side Surrounds, and an HSU 3.3 Subwoofer.
Catharsis147
For stands, might I suggest: http://www.dynamichomedecor.com/Apollo-A3.html Awesome stands if you can afford them, and they are sand fillable.
kelA
I believe the stands that Klipsch used in the photo are from Sanus. http://www.sanus.com
Guest BobG
You don't need anything big for rear surrounds. RB-61 or RB-51 or even RB-10 will work nicely with your system.
mils
Why did you replace RF-3s with RF-82s??? Is RF-82 really better than RF-3 even RF-5 ???I have RB-61s for front because my room is small.I hear more details in RB-61 than in RB-25.
sethhobrin
I definately think the RF82s are better than my RF3s. If anyone wants to purchase some used RF3s in the milwaukee area let me know.
