Lots of electronics/loops but they are actually playing. Can't beat a band that switches instruments, 2 guitarists/keyboardists who play guitar with the left hand while doing keys with the right, killer time-signatures/twists, and a machine-like drummer who's only cymbal is 6 feet in the air. pauln Posted June 9, 2007 Share Posted June 9, 2007 Reminds me of a band I heard here in Houston about 10 years ago - Atomic Sit Up - same rare sense of combined chaos and music well done, changing key sigs and time sigs constantly, always sounding like they knew exactly what they were doing, real musicians never doing anything twice (I think their whole show was improvised).
