Tom_E
Hey guys and girls. Just wanted to tell you about this "big" hi-fi convention we have here in Norway once a year. This year it was more than 40 supplyers displaying over 200 brands in 2 hotells in a little town called Horten. Many scandinavian brands that maby even you havent heard of?? Well, i took a trip there today, and it was a very nice evening. Alot of tubes, vinyl, big-*** speakers(i'm talking about from the floor to the roof speakers), and alot of nice gear... Upgrade Audio had a nice set of speakers and mono tubes, along with a dac and a nice cd-player. He(the guys from Upgrade Audio) played a very nice song by Rammstein with alot of guitar and vocal. Those 2x14 W tubes gave the sound a nice warmth and the little speakers kicked like a mule. The ginourmus(is that a word?) Midgard Audio's speakers names "Gaia" was something i had never seen before. They where huge, reaching almost the sealing. 2 15" woofer on each speaker, and a insane front. I think this was the best sound of the convention. Well, here is some links to pictures and stuff. Sorry for my bad english. Just ask if you want something transelated.
