QUiKSR20
For mains I have SB-3's i was just made aware that theres a SC-1 and a KSC-C1 which are diff and I noticed i have the KSC-C1 which looks a little older but its still a synergy series speaker is that matched to my SB-3s even though its older.. Or should I save my pennies and get the newer SC-1 which seams to have a more square tweeter if there the same I would rather keep mine im kinda low on the funds. JJT
Daryl, the SC-1 is the matching center for the SB-3's. It is timbre mathced for your mains. The KSCC1 is timbre matched for the last Synergy Series models ex: KSB3.1's which have been discontinued. Definetly go with the SC-1. Joe T. QUiKSR20
I want to get the newer one but i just cant afford it now it sounds good as is. Is there that much diff to be had with the newer one? Daryl ------------------ Thanks, Daryl Gregg MY Home Theatre Page
JJT
Daryl, I remember Bob G mentioning the SC-1 is a significant improvement over the KSCC1. I haven't heard both of them in the same room at the same time. You can get an idea of what the KSCC1's are going for, theres a bunch of them on ebay, you could dump yours and offset the cost of the SC-1. If it sounds good enough for ya now, thats all that matters. Joe T
