oldenough
Was doing some shuffling around with my H/T set-up over the week-end. Something i hadn't noticed before, my Panny dvd player has a sub-out connection. Any advantages in using it ??
TheEAR
Anybody said SUB ? [] Oh sub line leve out on a Panasonic DVD...not much advantage. You have a sub out on the receiver/pre pro where you can match to the mains. The advantage of a sub out on a CD/DVD/SACD/BluRay..name it is for people who use a simple two speaker setup may select in the menu to redirect LF or LFE to the sub out,and cut the mains @ 80Hz(or around this frequency).
