Dave1289
I'm near purchasing the Outlaw Audio 1050. With it, I'll also purchase new speakers. (appropriately spaced to keep wife happy!) Does anybody have experience with the Outlaw 1050 driving either Reference or Synergy series speakers? I'm just looking for some helpful feedback. Thanks! Diggs
The Outlaw is a fantastic receiver and will do well with any product Klipsch makes. I recently talked my father into getting one and I would have to say it's on par with my Denon audibly, plus it has 6.1, which mine doesn't. Enjoy! ------------------ Denon AVR-2800 KG-4 mains (too bad the rest of my speakers aren't this good) Polk C-175 center (it's ok) Infinity RS-10 Surrounds (suck) Audiosource SW-15 subwoofer (excellent sub for it's price) Pioneer DV333 DVD Sony 5 disc CD player All in a 12x12 apartment bedroom. "What?! I can't hear you!"
synthfreek
Although I can't comment on the newer Klipsch line I can vouch for the great sound teamed up with my KG 4.2s. I'm sure others will throw in their 2 cents. Before purchasing brand new speakers I'd suggest looking into classics like the Cornwalls or some KGs. ------------------ Outlaw 1050 A/V Receiver Rega P3 Turntable AMC CD8b CD Player Toshiba 3108 DVD Player Klipsch KG 4.2s(main) 2 Dynaco A-10/V IIs(centers) Cerwin Vega E-706s(rears) Cerwin Vega LW-12(sub) Parasound PPH-100 Phono Preamp Vampire Wire Digital Interconnects & Speaker Wire
