Maurizio
Hi all. i'm looking for a new pair of rf82 and i have a 40w/ch jolida jd 202a tube amplifier. Can someone explain the difference between the old rf35 and the actual rf 82? i sold my old rf35 because they were too "boomy" in my room (20mq). I like to listen jazz music... jacksonbart
That boomy sound may be caused more by how specific frequencies of the sound are interacting with your room than the speakers themselves. Did you try different placements? If you like jazz, look for a pair of cornwalls.
Maurizio
unfortunately i don't have any other places to try the speakers[] But i'm curious to know if there's important sound difference between the rf35 and th rf82...i can't look for a cornwall because i don't have space. thank you
kelly001
Ar you sure you don't have room for Cornwalls? Mine are in a 12'x12' room and they sound amazing in the room and in abutting rooms as well. Cornwalls are such a great speaker.
