iwillwalk Posted February 17, 2008 Author Share Posted February 17, 2008 this is it, the guy that built it got plans from the stereo shop in town it is 9 cubic feet with a 6 inch port about 3 inches around. its huge almost 3 feet each way, im wondering if the box is the wrong shape could it be built better here is picture of the amp he is using but these ;pics are the amp on the other sub he built with a 15 inch kicker vr series i know its not enough amp so what would be the amp fits on both subs Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
TheEAR Posted February 17, 2008 Share Posted February 17, 2008 Well I have no time now,but I will check the data of the this JBL driver and model it. This a very good quality driver,that is for sure. The quality of sound will depend on the box(the walls are not even lined!),porting and the amp backing the driver. Even with a mere 200W you should have descent output.
