gribby Posted January 14, 2002 Share Posted January 14, 2002 Hello, I just bought a set of the Promedia 4.1 speakers about a month ago and they suddenly stopped working today. I get the red indicator light when they are powered off but no green light when turned on, probably more important no sound at all when on. Any suggestions??? Look at how many people have experienced the same thing as you....and me. This is just outrageous. I recommend just getting a refund and forget about the whole promedia line. Yes they sound ok but reliability has been a serious issue for the whole line. What has Klipsch done about it? They addressed the problem yes but did they take the PROPER measures to fix it? I don't think so. Gribby, don't get another set, then another, then another, well you get the idea. Stop the bleeding early. ------------------ Education is an admirable thing.
