The Promedia 2.1 speakers / sats are passives driven by the amplifier in the sub, right? This is how the GMX units are. The challenge would be that the Ultra 2.0 only has one passive speaker. The other speaker contains the two channel amp for both speakers. I think if you happened to have an orphaned pair of passives, it could be hooked up to play. Probably I shouldn't mention that, though. This would certainly cause some Klipsch engineers to cringe. Seems like I've seen the promedia sats available in replacement parts, though, which would be the ideal solution. I bet Klipsch parts could come up with the replacements.
