Spreading a stero signal to all of the 6 channels...

As you can see from the title I've got quite a predicament. You see the problem is that I don't have a sound card that can output to my recently acquired "Klipsch Promedia 5.1s"...

Right now i'm stuck with my ps2/computer which only output stero! argggggg!!!!... so at the moment I can only use TWO of the FIVE spekers for my entertainment! ARGGGGG. (i put the stero output into the volume control stero input)

**I'm a newbie to sound and splitting signals and all... so I was wondering is there any way for me to spread the stero signal evenly (the left stero to the left/sub speakers... and the right stero to the right/sub speakers).

**Also... if you people know of another way (other than splitting... then splitting again... etc. etc. Then PLEASE help. But try to be creative(in other words cheap), because i will ultimately be using an audigy or something)

p.s. I'm willing to sacrifice having a uniform sub signal ... if its too hard to blend the left/right signal into the sub channel.

p.p.s. Also i'm willing to sacrifice no 3d sound for the present... until i get my audigy =)

Thanks for the welcome doug.

I'd just like to say this is one of the best forums i've seen. Pretty amazingly nice/friendly... and most of all WELL-INFORMED group.

Oh and thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

(Pretty crazy how much stuff this group knows about audio and sound equipement... it's like me trying to understand einstein's theory of relativity, I'm 17.)
