Sounds like your system is dropping a channelcwm24.gif

Do you have a walkman type cd player? hook up one of the promedia cords that go to your computer to the walkman, how many speakers play? hopefully two. then try the other cord, how many play? hopefully two, again. If you find that you have lost a channel, contact Klipsch ASAP for a replacement.

the problem could be with the control pod or with the amplifier. email amy with the information below.

forgot, if when you play your promedia's through your cd player and you get 2 speakers at a time, a good thing, then the problem is not with your speakers but with your computer.

make sure the contrl pod plug, the mini stereo plugs in the back of the computer, the bare wire to the sub, and the mini jacks on the back of the speakers are all pushed in like they should be, make sure that the wires that go into the subwoofer are not too far in because that can cause a metal on plastic connection which equals no connection. double check all your connections basically.
