Advice needed: Replace Onkyo 705 with Integra DTC 9.9?

I have an Onkyo 705. I works well. I run the Pre-outs to Emotiva XPA2/ XPA5 amps. I was thinking of getting either the new Marantz AV8003 pre-amp or the Integra 9.9 (replacement of the 9.8 ).

Will the Integra change my audio quality compared to the Onkyo? Am I better off going with the Marantz? Should I stick with the Onkyo?

My system consists of RF-63 and RC64 and RS62 and RT-12D. The system is great for home theater. I feel that some thing is lacking with 2 channel audio. The sound quality is good. I want it to be great.

Will the DAC's in the Integra make a big difference in the sound quality? Will the bass / high frequency ratios be different?

Will the Emotiva pre-amps give better SQ? Currently the low end frequency and bass are a little thin in my Onkyo. I thought the Integra may have a little better balance.

Also the integra has Burr-Brown DAC (1796) in all channels. I believe the 705 uses Cirrius Logic chips. I don't even know if there is a separate DAC for each channel in the 705.
