KSW-10: Active to Passive Conversion?

Recently, my KSW-10 Plate Amplifier bit the dust. Rather than replace it for $85, I'm considering converting it to a passive subwoofer. The old amplifier was only 55 watts RMS, and I'm wondering what the power handling capabilities are for this enslosure (with 80/100/120 HZ Low pass)? Even if I replace the plate amp, I will probably get a higher power amplifier, and maybe rebuild the enclosure. Are there any specs available for this woofer itself, without the enclosure? T/S parameters, max power, etc.?

Anyone have experience with this?
