Maybe it's operator error, but I can't find a way to have a all threads in descending date order. Minor annoyance, I suppose, but for us regulars a bit of a nuisance to have to do extra clicking to get to the latest post in a thread.
Also, see no sign of system profiles. Maybe that's just me as well...
Other than that, I'm feeling like the owner of a new car and lovin' it.

Unfortunately, there's not a per-member option to show threads in date descending order. It's either on or off for everybody. I'll look to see if anyone has written a plugin that lets us do this.
You can get to the last post in a thread by clicking the date of the latest post info on a topic:
System profiles didn't get moved over. That was one of the things that didn't have a home on the new forums. BUT, I've just added a custom profile field called "My System", so feel free to use that!

Hey im a forum veteran, Thebes is a forum ultra veteran, but Boxx is Boxx, whats the deal.
I added a bunch of new ranks. Boxx likely had a member title already before the migration, which takes the place of a member rank.

Here's soemthing you may want to be aware of. In migrating all of the messages over from the old Forum, everybody whose been here awhile mailbox is completly full. Mine, for example, until I deteleted them, showed messages back to 2005. Just tried to send a message to a fellow forum member and his box is full. If you can do it you might want to either delete everybodys PM and emails prior to this year, or remove the message limit. REason being that there is a lot of back-and-forth off Forum using the Forum communication system.
OH, and I need a bigger avatar box.: Klick on it and you'll see what I mean
I've temporarily removed the max private message inbox restriction. Someday we will re-enable the restriction. There will be plenty of notice before that day.
Everyone has the same size avatars. This is by design and will not change.

Is it possible to change the appearance?

There is a "change theme" link at the very bottom of each page that lets you select from a list of forum themes. However the options are currently limited. I'd like to create at least one more Klipsch theme (maybe a dark-flavored theme, and a Klipsch theme for mobile), when I have time.

I see under my username and avatar "warning points 0". I haven't found anyone else with this. Have I done something worthy of warning points?
no, hence the '0'.
You can only see your own warning points. They are assigned when a user is warned about something by a moderator or admin (such as violating rules)

NOTE: Currently there is no limit to post attachments (besides the 2MB/pic limit). this is likely to change, very soon, in terms of quotas.

There is also a quick preview of the latest post(s) if you hover over a topic and click the little down arrow icon that shows when you hover over it.

Now that the new forums are alive and kickin', I thought it would be a good idea to start a topic to allow everyone to ask about possible features of the forums. With enough interest, we may get your suggestions implemented (if possible). So... what kinds of things would you like to see on the new forums that aren't already here?
Something I'm thinking of putting in is a list of latest X posts above the forums, or somewhere.

My entire list of gear was in the profile... When I wondered what model of anything I had, I went there to find out! Ah well.

The advanced uploader gives the "You have exceeded your allotted disc space for attatchments" error.

I can't see how to edit either. I hit edit then I can't type in the edited post. Or I'm just not using things correctly which is not above the realm of possibilities.

We use lots of images in the "Right This Minute" thread. On the old forum I was able to link to album art stored on my personal music/web server. It saves on klipsch server space and time since I'm able to copy the image link directly from my Subsonic app vs. google for album image, capture link, etc.
I'm able to add the link to the post and have the album art show up in the editor, but when I click "post" it throws up an error "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community". Link format is typically like this: http://michaelray.subsonic.org/rest/rest/getCoverArt.view?u=admin&p=enc:6d75736963313233&f=json&v=1.9.0&c=MiniSub&id=78915.
Googling for the album, copying an image link, and pasting into the image field works and posts ..but, well, you know we're a picky bunch.
Low on the priority scale, but if it could be fixed or officially stated as "not supported" I'd appreciate it.
yes because it's a link to a page (as far as it knows) and not an image directly, you'll get that message. Not sure if there is a way around it but I can look into it.

After you upload an attachment, you then have to click the "add to post" link next to the image.
you should see an image in this post that says "this image is unavailable"

The mobile layout is a little buggy. Some theme images (such as that button) are not displaying correctly. I'm working on a fix.
