  1. Congrats on the LaScala's. Yes sir we Love our pickup trucks.

I have let one of the French guys at work use mine a couple of times.

It was the 1st time for both he and his wife to drive a pickup. She was very excited about their little trip. Later Bill

  2. You should check out the APPLE TV; sync's all of your itunes music to it's internal hard drive using your wireless router. HDMI output to the TV for video and audio and RCA jacks to the stereo. Of course there is an App for that for the iphone; you can control it from anywhere in your wireless router range. Later Bill

  3. That hobby can be very expensive if you let it take over the wallet. The internet and cell phones have taken over the interest's of the youth of the world. I know that I have been inactive for several years although the license is still current. Hopefully the hobby will not die out due to lack of interest.

    73's Bill

  4. I just bought a Sony Bravia 52" LCD. It was $2000 so that size is not in your price range. Spent most of the day comparing and price shopping both in stores and on the WWW. I was impressed with picture on the Sony over the other brands.

Look for 120HZ refresh rate and multi HDMI ports.

Spent about an hour in Best Buy looking at all the brands and sizes; there was not an employee that asked if they could help; walked out the door and bought else where.

  5. Congrats on the New Belle's. They look great and should sound outstanding. In the other thread you stated that they were a little pricey. Sure hope you got a deal and did not pay thru the roof for them.

Rebuilt crossovers made a big difference; been wanting to try some ALK's or DeanG crossovers but have not made the move yet. Later Bill

  6. If the price is right go and get them. Mine are not in corners and are about 12 feet apart on center. Pulling them out from the wall some and a little toe in improves the sound a lot. Got to let them breath. 10 watts from the Mac SS integrated is outstanding. What are you waiting for? Go get them and see for yourself. Later Bill

    Pictures Please!!!!!!!!!!

  7. I bought one of the Outlaw B-Stock 2250's in December; could not find a scratch on it; looked brand new. Took it to my buddies so we could compare it to the HK 430 and HK 730 on the Cornwalls. It is still in his rack; I told him I had found a Mac Integrated that I was thinking about buying. He asked how much the Outlaw cost; went to the stash and brought the cash back. The only thing I do not like about the Outlaw is the control of the volume with the remote. It is too touchy a little input moves the volume too much for casual listening. If you are jamming it does not matter just turn it up and let it smoke. I like to have some music playing when the grand daughter is here and do not want to hurt her ears.

He has now moved his RF-7's to the game room and have them dirven by the Outlaw. Before they were not in corners; one was about 3 feet from the corner and next to a French door; the other one was at the hallway opening along the wall. The combo of the Outlaw and corners is just amazing; the 7's sounded good but now they are great.

Buy the Outlaw try it out I do not think you will be disappointed. Later Bill

  8. Sorry Jim I did not try it. The picture was very good at 1080; Replaced the Toshiba DLP with a Sony Bravia 52 inch LCD Saturday night. The new V series Sony is looking real good. Cleaned out the entertainment cabinet; replaced the cable to the Belle's with Monster cable; 83 Heresy's are now hooked to the Mac Integrated along with the Belle's. Apple TV connected to the Sony and Mac. Looks like its time to upgrade the Satellite TV to HD.

Anybody want a 52 inch Toshiba DLP HD TV? Its about 4 years old but the bulb was replaced late last summer; I will make someone a Deal. Later Bill.
