  1. Well with all of this happening I am afraid that this is the end of the home audio section of the forum or maybe the whole entire thing. I think that maybe we should try to make a back up forum incase something happpens to this one.

If we are able to make a new forum if this one goes down can I be a moderator?9.gif

Thank you. I just start laughing most of the time when people try to say stuff like that. Normally I am like this unless I am at school and then umm... you could say things work different there9.gif10.gif

  3. I want a center channel for dialog only for a little HT setup. Maybe if I was able to do a 5.1 what is the best reciever for about 200 to 400. I think that the pioneer elite that I was talking about sounds like a really good deal but I haven't heard it so I am now asking you guys if there is any thing better for the money.

    Thanks,

    Taylor

The AMC has the tubes soldered directly to the circuit board and it makes tube rolling, nearly impossible.

Why would they do that? That sounds like a completely stupid thing to do. If it is to cut costs that would also be stupid because tube sockets are really cheap.

I guess you didn't see the thread that I started offering to give back the money that was given back to the people who helped me. It isn't really a reversal of financial fortune as you say it is just that I'm selling my speakers and my amp and using the money I have been saving up for the last few months to buy the speakers. It was just my birthday and I am using my birthday money too to pay for the speakers. I will now go and bump up the thread where I said I would give back the money.1.gif

I don't really want to pay that much. I would like to pay about 200 to 300 dollars.
