Since you are starting from scratch might I recommend you first buy the tweeters from Bob, then sell the K400/401 squawker horns and get a set of Fastrac's from GotHover, then get a set of Al's Universal networks. When you build your cabinet make sure you brace the bass bin.
-
Those 2 set of binding posts are for bi-wiring not bi-amping.
-
I will I just simply screw in the apt-50 to the horns of the blown k-77's that are in the la scalla's.
Not without modifying the horn
-
I use Bob's CT-125's with ALK universals, it is a match made in heaven

who is thinking about a Klipch fest for 2K11 [H]

I really wish Klipsch would release a new version of the C3's. I loved the sound and unfortunately the nozzle on the left side just broke [:'(]. I am considering a set of the new Image One's but would love to see a resurrection of the C3 IEM's with different cabling.

Here let me help you out a bit with this. He was young, a young adult. He chose to torture and kill dogs and finance those who did. Easily led?!?!? He had a friggin room set up so he could watch and oversee what was being done to these dogs, this he has publicly admitted. He did not make a mistake. He feigns remorse because there are millions and millions of dollars on the line if he does not. This guy is the same guy who committed those horrific acts ha has not changed one bit.Eagles games are blacked out in my home. I don't support those who abuse animals or those who hire them.
People make mistakes in life and realize it. IMHO I believe he is genuinely remorseful for what he did and seems like a better
person then he was. He did his time and I believe he deserves a second chance; but that is my opinion and you are entitled to yours.
It was not a mistake, a mistake is turning left when you should have turned right. His was a lifestyle, it was a deliberate choice. I'll side with Mike against this POS.
It was a mistake in his deliberate choice of lifestyles. He was young, newly wealthy and easily led.

I've had my 84 LS since I bought them in 84. Having built and installed ALK kits inplace of AL's, Crites Tweeters and changed out sqawkers (Altec 511B). I'd say it is a toss up both the crossover and Sqawker change out have the most dramatic effect.
If I were doing things over from scratch I'd probalby opt to go active and install K510/K69 in the LS top. Then go from there. I'll likely go that route at some point. As for the Bass Reflex mod I'll probalby opt to integrate a sub. I've heard the LS with the KW120's and KA1000 and it is a match made in heaven IMO.

Bummer dude...I was really looking forward to see if you'd really camp out at the bank
I would have no doubt he would do that, the people at the bank would be in for a surprise when he showered in the sprinkler.
......and even more surprised when "He watered and fertized the grass" in the morning
