Where can I buy a new Klipsch kd-18k-15" fiber composite cone passive for my klipsch sw-15 subwoofer???

I have a sw-15 sub and the passive radiator voice coil has come loose a little bit and was wondering if you can glue it so that it wont vibrate any more and if you can what type of glue to use. Or do I need to get new passive rad?

I have 4 LaScalas and just acquired a klipsch sw-15 sub that i was wanting to hook up with these. I am currently using a 2 channel Adcom GFA-5400 amp and a Adcom GTP-500 Pre Amp. I have the LaScalas stacked, and wanting to add this in. What would be the correct way for hooking this sub into this configuration, as far as how the speaker wires would be. Thanks.
