What is a good subwoofer around $1000 to match with my KLF-30 for the best performance in music and partly movies? I need one that fills up what the KLF is leaving out. Thank you

I got the KLF's for 300 not 400 There is a few scratches.. drivers are all good. They sound awesome... I cant stop listening to them. Its addicting!!

I have a KLF-30.. Should I biwire it? Does it sound better when biwired?

They are in good condition!! only a few scratches... no chips. They sound great!! Even without a seperate amp/preamp. I think I could use a subwoofer for rap songs though XD

I have KLF-30's I want to get Krell KRC 3 + Aragon 8008 amplfiier for it. Is it possible to add an SVS PC-PLUS to the setup? For more bass?

How do you add a subwoofer to a 2 channel amp like krell?

That would mean that songs with fast quiet to super loud wont be good on low watts? I know for sure 3 watts wont take the subwoofers of the rf-83's to its limits. How many watts will give it punchy bass and be able to dig down to its limit?Do you guys think an 2 Outlaw audio 2200 monoblocks or a Crown XLS402 would be bettter for the RF-83's?

I know low watts with clean watts are good for audio listening... I heard 3 watts can go pretty loud. If this is the case, why do people recommend higher wattage for home theater? If its already loud, why get more watts? And, most people with low watts listen to classical. I listen to rock and songs with alot of slam. How can a low watt amp supply me with this kind of sound? How many watts are needed to give the RF-83's the power it needs to take full advantage of its lows on the subwoofer (full slam+full range of subwoofer).

what are the pros and cons of ur belle vs. ur studio 100?? I heard the studio 100's tweeter is too agressive?

Has anyone of you heard paradigm speakers? I tried the RF-83 and the Paradigm studio 100... The studio sounds better but it sounds less, do they go pretty loud?(My opinion) The sound quality was amazing.

Is the RSW15 a good subwoofer? I was planning to buy the svs pb12 plus/2 all this time... I saw the RSW15 at my local store for only $850!!!.. It retails at 1600 or something. I know its not as good as SVS's but is it good? How does it compare to SVS? Does it match with the single pb12 plus (not 2 driver).

I am thinking about getting a KG2 for my bedroom. Do they sound good? What can I expect from them?

I'm talking about regular amps(not tube)... I heard crown amps are decent. 2-ohm Stereo 570W 4 ohm Stereo 400W 8 ohm Stereo 260W Which one would be the right watts? If a speaker is rated 250 RMS, which Watts do I use when I look for amps?

When looking for an amplifier, which wattage should I look at?(Which OHM) I saw that the RF-83's are made to support 250 watts RMS.. if I am looking for a 250 watt amp, should it be 250 at 8 ohms or what? Thank you... and can you list some good amplifier brands?

Wow I didn't know that rf-7's are discontinued now. How does the new RF-83 compare to RF-7's? The drivers are smaller. Is the bass worst? Anyone upgraded?

I like R&B+Pop most.. is it going to be really good for this type of music? Will something like Destiny's child - Bad Habits sound good on an RF-7?

Are old klipsch speakers such as heresy, La scala, kg4. etc good for modern music? Their drivers are made of paper... isn't that not as good as stuff they use in speakers today? Is the bass good on those paper speakers?

I am only interested in music. A lot of people in this forum like classical/jazz/instrumental/etc. I know the RF-7's are good for these types of music as I read. Are they good for modern music such as Pop, Rap, Rock, Country? Are the highs too loud?
