my website is under construction: www.hometheatershowrooms.com. My store is in Greensboro, NC. We sell Klipsch, Kef, Jamo, NAD, Denon, others... We are a custom retailer since 1997.

Klipsch is the 2cd most recognized name in speakers, so I imagine they are easier to sell online than brands like Kef or RBH. But we are getting far too many inquiries regarding price. The warranty issue is just not as important with passive speakers as it is with components. My sugestion is to have a proactive team monitoring the net. Since more and more dealers are smaller, custom shops (who are are often strapped for cash)- create a "dealer only" auction site where guys can unload excess inventory to other dealers.

Yes- I do know about the potential problems with online ordering. But why would I want to stock anything from Klipsch when people know what they want? I'm posting this to discredit guys selling online, but Klipsch has to enforce policy.

we're receiving multiple calls daily for pricing... only to hear, "I can get much cheaper online!" Speakers, unlike components, rarely have warranty issues. So why not buy online?
