Which would you go with and why, its either a Jolida 100a with upgraded tubes vs. the ah! with upsampler.

THE TEAC IS ALIVE. I have no clue what was wrong, but I thought I would
hook it up one last time just to see if it would work...and it DID. Now
I no longer hate my system, It is amazing how good the teac sounds, so
good in fact it took me from hating my system to being happy with it.
YES YES YES.....Cant wait for a few more weeks when I will be ordering
a jolida or ah!. After I finish a site I am working on.

Shoulda coulda woulda, it sounded better after the "mod" plus it only cost me $69 so I am not sweating it.
-
No, Because I ripped out one board and binding pair of binding post, to
lessen the stress on the power supply. I have been running it like this
for months so this is not the cause
-
Yeah wow, sorry for the rant, I was pissed off last night. As for the
teac, one channel craped out, I swiched boards and it did nothing. Not
sure what to do.

God I hate my system. My turntable doesnt work, I have crappy $100 cdp
from 1994, a harsh sounding hk430, and a dead teac a-l700p. The teac
alone sounds better than the hk430, but no...that died on me! When I
had the merlin and the teac my system was AWESOME! now I hate it and
right now I do not enjoy listening. I need a better cd player, an amp,
a preamp, but all that cost money, so it looks like I am stuck with
this MEDIOCRE system for MY MEDIOCRE LIFE!!! Sorry for the rant, I am
just kind of pissed off depressed because I love music so much, but I
do not have the facilites to have a system to enjoy music on. I Just
want a system to be proud of, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR?
Again Sorry, just had to tell someone

I am glad music is helping your wife. My thoughts go out to you and your family, I wish her a speedy road back to health!

No one is selling dynaco kits
-
I relize I did mess up craigs words, he was expressing the fact that he
didnt like the way the primere looked and belived it would not sell in
the united states and looked more like a euro speaker. In the past,
europe has
bought a great deal of heritage. For example, almost all of the 50th
k-horns went there. Enough said

I have been thinking about that one for awhile, thanks for the review

Why Klipsch? Because we are smarter than the ones who don't

Mr. Craig Ostby

Like Michael
said, we have to wait and see, put if is does turn out to be $4000,
that is much to much money. Although the united states is not the
indended market for these speakers, so I hear
Where
are you guys 'hearing' this stuff???? Why on Earth
would Klipsch build a huge box Stateside, only to ship it
overseas, that just plain doesn't make sense. Is there some vast
European market for Heritage?
20 of us were THERE, we know the
truth. If what you hear isn't coming from a top Klipsch employee, or
someone who attended the Heritage Gathering, you ain't hearing the
truth.
Respectfully,
Michael
I heard it from craig!!! And he attended, so take it up with him.

Well lets blow budget and portability out of the water and get the holy grial, akg k1000's!!! But the shures are nice
-
I am just kinda shakey on leaving the k77 and k600 or what ever it is.
That is the way it was designed and so the only real way to tell is by
a/b. Michael, if they do indeed come out are you planing on buying a
pair, if so we as a forum would love to hear a review. I am sure they
won't be cheap, $3000 or somewhere in that realm.
