Never heard of Nevada, TX until you brought it up. Welcome back to the Klipsch madness!

They are not magnetically shielded.

Given a choice between Lacewood and Cherry I would take Lacewood. They are very nice, much nicer than Cherry but not jaw dropping nice. How does understated sound?

I love my C2200 and MC275 running through my Cornwalls!
This thread is useless without pictures!

Been using one for a couple of years now. Somehow the original remotes still find their way to the coffee table.

I saw some 60th Anniversary Khorns with lacewood veneer and thought it looked very nice. Not my fav veneer, but that's a subjective thing.
I also saw the 60th anniversary Khorns and was a little underwhelmed by the Lacewood. It was nice and would go with most home decorations. -
I have a guitar and amp. Can I play?

I limited the list to artist still living that I have heard and seen.
David "Honeyboy" Edwards
Texas Johnny Brown
Marquise Knox

I was Hoping to attend again, but my probation officer only lets me travel to neighboring states.
Ditto.

Doubt you'll be able to get Cornwall's for $200. If you do it will be because you were in the right place at the right time.
I am currently running Khorns, LaScalas and Heresys with SS amps with no problems. This is in a Home Theater configuration. My two channel rig uses all tubes, McIntosh and Cornwalls. It is all good.[]

Should work just fine. I have used a MA6100 with Hersey I and IIs.
People still listen to disco?
-
The McIntosh should work well with the Chorus. I have 2 MC250's that have powered Heresys, Cornwalls, LaScalas and K-horns.

Added an Oppo BDP-83 a couple of months ago. Eyeing an Outlaw 997.

I've stewarded a couple of events in the DFW area. Pretty neat competition. I especially enjoyed the cattle herding. I saw a BC stare down a steer that would have nothing to do with herding. There were a few tense moments.
Shelties are pretty good at herding also!

I've used a McIntosh MC275 which sounded sweet. It is now running my Cornwalls. The Khorns are now using a McIntosh MC2100 which is working very well.

I'm ready for training camp, and not the Lions! Hope Lidstrom is all healed up from testicular surgery he had on May 24. Explains a lot! Hurts to think about it.

Anybody go to the free Blues Fest in Colleyville last night (June 13)? Perfect weather, not too crowded, good music.
Sponsored by the Blue Shoe Project.

Unexpected things happen in racing. A few years back, I was amazed to see a Cadillac CTS-V dicing with a Porsche 911 and beating it on an American road course.
Say it's not so! Oh, the inhumanity!
Must of been a poor driver or the Porsche had mechanical troubles.
I'm a former Porsche owner and am a bit biased.
