    Merry Christmas everybody,

As I sit here in the dark, the powers been out since 4 o’clock today.

Or did I perhaps throw the breaker to darken the place and allow Santa to sneak in the back door?

It was likely  Coytee has been playing with the volume knob again and overtaxed the elect grid ! 😁

     MERRY CHRISTMAS to all ***

I have bought a couple cables from Monoprice through Amazon and I had a couple fail rather quickly. I would buy cautiously I am sure they sell some good stuff, some Not so much

I have been using some Blue Jean cables that have been outstanding in quality and they sound as good as any other cable I hav or have had.  I HATE there web site and would buy more if they mad things clearer easier to navigate

I agree on the B J web site, some one from that company needs to listen up . I also tried to order some of there cables , finally gave up in frustration with there site & moved on to Amazon . !!

  3. I have been basically content with my Crown XLS1002 with the built in DSP for my bi-amp system . But it does limit my ability to try different amp's for a possibly better bass. So that in its self makes it worth while to give these little XKITZ's a try for me especially at this price point .

Thanks for calling these to our attention & the informed review Joe .

Some people don't scratch plastic with rocks to make sound.

I loved that one CECAA, almost spilled my brew laughing so hard . But I got to say as a One eared Jackalope that "scratches plastic with a rock "  and love it ,  that this Prima Luna gear turns the Music ON . When I got my Dialogue models I said to my self - "At Last "

  5. Good advise Emile . Summer sales are usually slower,,  then add  on the Trade wars & Stock market fall & you have perfect recipe for a down market . Thats ok this fortuneatly is not a distress sale. I have just been going thru so much gear lately I am just in the habit of moving on . Me being almost as old as Emile Avitar I only have one music room and only one good ear to listen with ! 😀

Good price. I love my vta70. Sounds fantastic. These amps are often said to have equal or better quality than McIntosh 275 etc.

I agree AHall . I have owned Mac 275's & 2105 . The Latino does compare with them,  the Mac's having a slightly different voicing . All great gear .

  7. I had been trying to replace some Speakerlab woofers for months when I saw a post by Mookie . He said he had a pair that I could have just for the shipping cost . Received speakers a few days latter. When I asked for his Pay pal account to pay for shipping he said " just made a charitable donation somewhere & we would both be paying it forward .

Now is that cool or what . Kind enough to give the drivers away free but not even recouping shipping blew me away !

    THANKS, Mookie

  8. Hey there Joe, I am way behind on my communication . My life has been too busy with all spare time comparing these different amps . All three are great sounding with "diminishing returns" when you get up to this quality . More about personnel choice like flavors.

Dont let the 15 watts fool you guys, this amp has way more then enough power & slam with these oversized transformers , and it's American made . Here is another photo .

  9. One of our sharp eyed members called it to my attention that the output tubes might not be Sovtek in the photo .  Right- those in photo are Tungsol . Buyer is welcome to his choice  of brands . I cant hear much difference in sound with either brand , but the small tube do influence the sound .

  10. Bob Latino no longer builds himself due to vision problems . This one was built by one of his builders in Arizona who has decades of experience working for RCA  & building Latino amps .  I can give you his Email address if you like . I have never opened the underside , but can if necessary .
