    I have had to downsize and sold off everything to start a new life in a 55+ living community. I recently purchased the Klipsch Fives I have had to work with them. The biggest improvement was using a Fosi DAC Preamp with tone controls. Allowing one to add a little treble that brings the mids into focus more.

About Me

I have 50 yrs of audio experience. Have owned many many loudspeakers from Large Advents, AR LST II's, Magnapan's, Acoustat Monitors with Tube Amplifiers Dalhquist DQ10's, Highly Modified Forte 1's with $2500 in crossover parts.

 

I worked the last 17 years in the Electronics Industry before retiring this year.

 

I have designed my own tube amplifiers I prefer SET amplifiers. One of my best designs is a pair of Monoblock 1.6 watt 45 amplifier. With  tube Bridge Rectifiers. That weigh near 200lbs/pair
