  1. Hello, Sorry, I don't have a digital camera. I can assure you though it is perfect with the original box and all the accessories.
  2. That is my RC-7 selling on HT Forum. Daryl, I got your pm. I have someone from A-gon interested and one memebrr on HT Forum. I will keep you posted.
  3. This is near perfect. Comes with all accessories, original box etc. This sounds very nice with Klipsch Reference speakers. Will sell for $410 and shipping. This is listed on A-gon as well.
  4. I have a pr. of black RS-25's for sale. These are 3 months old and were purchased for $350. I did throw the box away but have the manual. These are perfect. They are also for sale on A-gon. I am going to upgrade. $205 and shipping
  5. Ok, I have made a few changes and wondering where to go next. I picked up an Adcom GFA-555II to power my RF-35's, upgraded the RC-35 to an RC-7, and traded in my DIY sub for an Earthquake supernova mkiv-10 sub which although not a housewrecker-is very tight and musical. I am using RS-25's but could only go to RS-35's due to space limitations. So my system is as follows: Speakers: Klipsch RF-35's RC-7 RS-25s, Earthquake 10" sub Pioneer Elite VSX-56txi Adcom GFA-555II Denon DVM-1815 Sony 46" crt (1080i widescreen) * Also have a Adelphia HD DVR with HD service-just in time for the Pats to get SB title number 4!
  6. Did you pay by credit card? If you bought them with a return policy it should be honored. I would talk to my credit card company for help.
  7. Looking for a strong 2 chanel amp such as an Adcom GFA-555 or a higher power carver. Would like an amp around 200 watts per and one that can be run in mono. What o you have? Thanks
  8. Bill, I assume you are not interested as I have not heard from you?
  9. So many people jump into a mediocre system or even pay $5-600 for what amounts to a HTIB system. Most would agree a decent 2 channel rig is far superior than any cheapo 7.1 system. Contributing to HT Forum and AVS forum this seems to be the trend. People are "running" to the $50 Polk R15's at Frye's or the $35 Insignia speakers at Best Buy. Give me some decent two channel old school gear over those any day...
  10. Bill, I am not getting any of your e-mails. Try sending it to doandjo@fairpoint.net I am not sure why I am not getting them to my hotmail address. Thanks-D
  11. Hello, Shipping via fedex would be $18.50 Thanks
  12. My room is rather large and has cathedral ceilings with an open loft overhead. Couldn't hurt to try it. I have used a couple 5 channel amps in the past but didn't notice much difference-although they were rated for 100 watts per.
  13. Hey, That was me. They even found the "missing" logo. They said it was in fantastic shape. I was amazed I was the only bidder. Total came to $295 shipped.
  14. I know this has been asked many a time. I currently have a pioneer 56txi receiver powering RF-35's, RC-35 (forsale and now I have an rc-7 on the way), and RS-25's in the back in a 5.1 config. I use the 56txi in bi-amp mode for the rf-35's. With the addition of the rc-7, I wonder if a power amp would make any improvement? Either for the mains or the center? The receiver is 44 pounds and seems to have a nice amp section. ... Any thoughts or experience?
  15. You can use two centers but most likely you are going to hear some strange sound effects It will throw your imaging out of whack. Try it with one and then add in the other. Some older receivers and pre-pros had hook-ups for dual center channels and these were intended for use with front projection systems-in the early 90's centers were many times smaller and certainly could not keep up. Personally, if one RB-5 did not keep up, I would use a phantom center. The RF-7 are too nice to compromise with an inferior center. Also, I have seen two used RC-7 sell for $275 and $350 on a/v forums within the past couple weeks.
  16. Sorry, my e-mail address was typed in incorrectly. It should be set.
  17. Hello, I didn't get an e-mail. Let me check the settings here. If anyone would like references let me know. I do have +36 at Audiogon (no neg) and a ton at hometheaterforum. It is listed on both. I was able to win an auction for a demo RC-7 for $295 shipped. I really like the rc-35 but could not resist. I just hope it is worth it.
  18. Hello, I dropped the price to $185. This seems to be a nice price. Thanks
  19. Really? I had read on AVS and talked with our local dealer who was very emphatic that the new Synergy line was still well below any of the Ref line. Why would the S-3's be better? Aren't they still using inferior drivers, crossover, and tweeter?
  20. I won an auction for an RC-7 for $275. That is less than I paid for the RC-35. The prices are definately going down. I really like the RC-35 but couldn't resist the upgrade.
  21. I have been reading this forum for some time know. I am currently using RF-35's, RC-35(although I just won an auction for an RC-7), RS-25's, and a DIY 12" stryke audio sub powered by a 300 watt BASH amp. I am powering these with a Pio Elite 56txi and use a Denon DVM-1815. I currently am doen to a 46" Sony crt HD tv. I am looking forward to trying the rc-7 with the rf-35's. Anyone else using this combo?
  22. Hi Guys, I am a long time reader/lurker. I have a very nice black RC-35 for sale on Audiogon right now for $205 and shipping. I am upgrading to an RC-7 and need to sell this speaker. I have a ton of references on audiogon, hometheaterforum, and avsforum. This is a great speaker. Thanks
