  2. There isn't really a yes or no answer to this...it's more like a "school of thought." I've heard some engineers say, yeah, it's best to break in speakers, but then other's say it makes no difference. The jury is still out with me. I don't have an opinion on it one way or another.   4. Hissing can be cause be so many different things, mostly due to the soundcard and/or other devices in the computer. There is no electronic difference between the 2.1 and 4.1 that will make them more/less susceptible to hissing. To minimize the hissing in your computer, mute all devices that you are not using, and try moving your soundcard to a different slot in your motherboard--away from other devices. ------------------ Amy ProMedia Tech Support promediatech@klipsch.com

  21. Unfortunately, I do not know anything about the customs process...that's a better question for our shipping department, but they're awfully busy at the moment. I'll see if I can get some kind of an answer for you. AFTER customs, it's just a matter of getting the product from the boat to our warehouse (So.   23. Yes, the AT has been modified for Klipsch speakers--so it will work with the ProMedia's bass management system. Basically, the AT is always in "large" speaker mode, for optimum bass, which ordinarily would not be the case (without the mod). ------------------ Amy ProMedia Tech Support promediatech@klipsch.com
