  1. I'm finished with my new set of dbb bottoms loaded with jbl 2242's so these are for sale. Each bass bin houses 2 Crites CW1526C woofers that are basically new as I have only had these for a month. The cabinets are constructed out of 14 ply Baltic birch veneered in Grade a cherry finished with satin poly. The front baffles are 1.25 inches of mdf. The front bottom trim is solid cherry. I have about 800 in the cabinets plus my time and 600 in the woofers. There are a few dings in the cabinets from my kids but nothing that cannot be fixed I just do not have the time. I live in Northern Indiana area code 46706. Feel free to contact me with any questions. WOOFERS HAVE BEEN SOLD. - 1 pair of cherry veneered dbb bottoms as described in the top part for $300 you can install any 15 inch in them you want and change the port length I have had a few interested parties in these cabinets.I will not ship them. I will also entertain trades. I'm looking for a qsc plx amp or an empty pair of lascala cabinets.
  2. Cleaning out more gear so this has to go. I use the other one as a center so I don't need both. This lascala has the alnico k77 and k55 along with the square magnet k33.All drivers are in great condition and still test within spec. Overall the cabinet is in good condition with no major blemishes. It was originally raw birch but has since been painted black due to gouges and scratches . I also recapped the AA crossover with new sonicaps. Asking 450. This is for local pickup only from area code 46706 which is about 15 minutes north of fort wayne Indiana. SOLD
  3. Very tempting. I'm in north east Indiana and its a 4 hour drive. Any one nearby willing to check these out for me?
  4. I have 4 chase ss18.2's and have owned many subs. For the price the chase is an excellent value. I was going to go diy on my subs but got a great deal on the quad of 18.2's and could not have built anything with comparable output for the price. The drivers are sourced from eminence as stated. You can go here for a review of the vs18.1 which uses the same driver that is in the ss18.1 http://www.data-bass.com/data?page=system&id=83 It is an unbiased review. Josh runs the subs through very demanding test and his results were almost identical to the ones posted on the chase website. Also remember the spl output is with no room gain.
  5. Last bump before ebay 250 plus shipping for the pair
  6. I decided to go with 18inch jbl 2242's in my next project instead of these so I'm offering them up for sale here before I put them on ebay. I bought these new old stock from a gentleman and I have only used them a couple of times to try out in my dbb's. These are in mint condition. Go here for full specs http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?partnumber=294-472 SOLD
  7. As the title states I'm looking for a pair of khorn bass bins with or without drivers. Appearance doesn't matter as I plan on refinishing them. I'm located in northern Indiana and willing to drive 3 hours to pick up. So Indy, Chicago, Detroit or western Ohio areas. Let me know and we can work out the price and details.
  8. Bringing In more gear so I have some more to get rid of. I'm selling my gently used emotive lpa-1 amplifier. I'm the original owner and the amp has seen very little use. It was one of the best amps emotiva ever offered for the best price. The one I have has the bigger transformer compared to the latter runs. It includes everything that originally came with the amp (ie box and manual). Sold. Shipping to the CONUS only and will be calculated at time of sale. Plan on shipping not being cheap as the amp weighs 63 pounds. I would be willing to do a trade for a qsc plx amp. Here are the full specs for the emotiva Audiophile quality seven channel multi-channel power amplifier. • Discrete, dual differential class AB amplifier topology with active current sources • Six 125 watt channels of amplification (one channel configurable for two channel operation) • Massive low noise toroidal power transformer • Complementary, discrete power amplifier design incorporating high current, high speed, Toshiba power devices • Channel status indicators for standby, operate, and fault • Configurable power output as follows: 125 watts/8 ohms x 6 channels or 125 watts/8 ohms x 5 channels plus 2 x 50 watts/8 ohms x 2 channels • Completely stable into 4 ohm loads • Rated Power Output: Channels 1-5 (All Channels Driven at 0.04%THD, 120vAC/ 60HZ supply) 8 ohm: 125 watts / 4 ohm: 225 watts • Channels 6-7 (All Channels Driven at 0.05%THD, 120vAC/ 60HZ supply) 8 ohm: 50 watts / 4 ohm: 95 watts • Frequency Response: +/- 0.1 db: 20 to 20Khz, +/- 1.0 db: 10 to 100Khz • Signal to Noise Ratio: (Un-weighted): >100db • Distortion (THD, 80Khz bandwidth): Channels 1-5: 75db • Power Requirements (All Channels Driven into 8 ohms): 1500 watts @ 120 volts AC, 60hz input • Power Consumption: Standby: 4 watts, Idle: 46 watts • Fully protected from all fault conditions • Soft start circuitry • External trigger turn on • Soft touch power switch • 5RU chassis w/ solid milled aluminum faceplate • IEC power inlet, 120/230 VAC configurable • 17” W x 7.75” H x 19” D • Weight - 63 lbs.
