I recently aquired a set of Athena S3/P2 speakers ( http://www.athenaspeakers.com/products/s3-specifications/) to use a rears. I'm trying to figure out how to best set them up to use the Audysessy calibration. I have the RF-82's as mains. RC62 as center. Does anyone have any suggestions? On the P2 is a bass response from 50 to 150 and a volume. I guess I kinda am wondering where I should set that bass response before I run the Audysessy.
Also Audysessy always sets the mains as full band on the Onkyo 805. I read that most folks suggest not using full band?
What do you guys think?
thnx
Hope not to upset anyone...but I was wondering how these Infinities would stack up against the RF15's?
They aren't new so the price is very very good!

Thnx guys...just from a little trial and error I seem to like the Depth setting.
As this is movies only setup that follows from your explaination.
When it says that it accents certain frquency,
does that mean you lose any of the higher frequency?
I did read the manual and basically I was looking to understand how it bumps it up...you mean it makes it louder?
Bumping those frequency for what reason?
Ressurecting an old thread.
I'm looking for some direction on this exact same topic.
If priced equally which wouuld be the better Sub.
RW-12d or the Sub 12???
tia
Turns out that it's the sub and not the speakers....even in calibration mode (using an SPL meter) to set the db level I find it's a bit uncomfortable.
I'm using the RW-8. This same sub doesn't bother me in the upstairs portion of the home.
It's only become an issue since I installed the Projector down stairs.
Something in the room acoustics I guess??
