    The last paragraph does say a lot........but do you want to pay the cost of a Cornwall that is made in China??

    As I fear if this sale goes thru they will not be made here any longer. It's all about the bottom line $$$

    Glad I have "real" Klipsch Cornwall and Heresy speakers that are made in the USA.

    BMW's made in the U.S., Harley parts made in Mexico, Kilpsch MAYBE China owned. Human sacrifice! Dogs and cats living together! Mass hysteria!

    I don't concider buying LP's an investment because I'm not a business or reselling, but I have been buying albums...again. Started out this time last year with my old collection from the 80's, 50 or so . I now have around 200+/-. Some are new, some from the "bay", others from local record shops,GW, antique stores. Buying from the "bay" is risky since you can't see it before hand to look it over, but I have had good luck for the most part.

    Harley nearly died because of AMF. My mechanic lived in Milwaukee during these times and seen the effects of it first hand. No way, no how did AMF help H-D, they just kept it on "life support" till H-D (Willy) could regain control and head it in its proper path.

    Also the nick name "HOG" came from....... Beginning in 1920, a team of farm boys, including Ray Weishaar, who became known as the "hog boys," consistently won races. The group had a hog, or pig as their mascot. Following a win, they would put the pig (a real one) on the back of their Harley and take a victory lap. In 1983, the Motor Company formed a club for owners of its product taking advantage of the long-standing nickname by turning "hog" into the acronym H.O.G., for Harley Owners Group. Harley-Davidson attempted to trademark "hog", but lost a case against an independent Harley-Davidson specialist, The Hog Farm of West Seneca, NY, in 1999 when the appellate panel ruled that "hog" had become a generic term for large motorcycles and was therefore unprotectable as a trademark.
    On August 15, 2006, Harley Davidson Inc. had its NYSE ticker symbol changed from HDI to HOG.

    Now to Klipsch..... Don't let it go overseas!! This past summer my company(CASY) was in a raging battle with a Canadian hostile take over. Scarey times to say the least. America NEEDS to stay American owned....PERIOD!

    Find local stores! You will get, maybe not at the exact time you want it, very nice LP's at a MUCH lower cost. I have also been getting 180g albums, but be prepared to lay out some $$ for them.

    In th last 2 weeks I have picked up 2 Joe Walsh "So What, There goes the neighborhood", War "The world is a ghetto", Ringo Starr " Blast from your past", Humble pie "humble pie"

    Humble pie was the priciest at a whopping $9.00 and all in excellent shape including covers! The store even cleans them before sell on their Nitty Gritty. All told I spent about $45.00.

    I bought one 180g and spent more then that......

    Is this person one of the Wachowski brothers who made the Matrix movies?

    Larry Wachowski is still a man.

    The co-director of the "Matrix" movies was rumored to have had a sex-change operation recently. Internet sites started buzzing recently that Larry was now called Lana. Someone even edited his Wikipedia entry to that effect. The Wachowski Brothers, they said, were about to become the Donny and Marie of filmmaking.

    I must say, returning from a two week trip to Africa, I found this news rather startling.

    Of course, Larry Wachowski — who’s reportedly into a lot of wild, tough stuff — has encouraged this kind of speculation among his fans and the press. He dates a dominatrix and publicizes it.

    He let his wife’s vague angry language in their divorce filing make it seem as though as he was on the verge of a huge announcement. Either he was becoming a woman or turning into a pygmy.

    RF3 vs Forte 2

    The Denon is for HT with a pair of Carver TFM-35's, and it does a GREAT job of 2 channel also.

    BUT, I have H/K 430..630 and 930 twin power amp's and a H/K A500 tube amp for vintage 2 channel and a pair of CF2's.

    You may want to do some research here and else where.... you will learn alot.

    RF3 vs Forte 2

    My first experience with Forte's was the same, only they were hooked up to Marantz. They sounded flat and lifeless. After all the reading I had done on Forte's/Klipsch, I knew it had to be the amp, I bought them anyway. After I got them home and hooked up to my Carver's they came to life in a BIG way. I bought a Denon AVR 3805 and they sound great! I now own 3 pair of Forte's [:D]
