I love my Klipschorns and Recently picked up a pair of Bozak Concert Grands which I am Listening to now, they give the K-Horns a run for the money!

Very nice condition Heresys in MA local pick up...
They started life raw birch but somebody finished them and did a fine job, good lookers and sound great.

I would love that pair of multi cell VOTT speakers, way too far for me and I am already restoring a pair of A-7's. If anyone has asked the price for those I would be curios.....

I have a set of drivers from a Heresy and was looking today for specs to build a new cabinet, was thinking on making my own decorators, veneering the front and sides. reading this has given me a thought....I think I will take the total volume of the box and create a bass enclosure on the bottom, but then extend the box to ear level height to mount the mid and tweeter horns...make a "Heresy Tower". I dont believe the box behind a horn makes any difference in size, as often the horns are mounted externally.
Any thoughts?

If I remember correctly, someone a while back said the drivers had been replaced in these speakers with essentially Heresy components....could be a different set, but you dont see pairs of shorthorns sold too often around here!

In New England the prices are a little lower than some other areas, I had contacted this seller when the ad initially was posted and was told $2500 but he sounded negotiable.
My 2 cents is that Klipschorns would be average in this area from $1200 - $1800, personally, I wouldn't be in the car driving to get them unless they were under $1000, but I have 2 pairs already......
