  1. I have an extra pair of KG-4.2's but I think I could do better, any suggestions.
  2. THX, I was going to use 4 RS-3II's for my rear surrounds, would I be better off using my RB-51's for the SBL & SBR?
  3. Easier said than done!
  4. I think you should hold off, because if you're using your system for HT, your center will have a different amp hooked up. It might not sound the same. If you can get a good 3 or 5 channel with equal power, go for it. You want the front soundstage to sound consistent. Maybe you can buy it and resell on ebay and put the money towards a better amp for the front 3.
  5. The MFW-15 will suite all your needs, I have one and it's great for music and HT!
  6. Certified THX Technician that was a very helpful post, thanks!
  7. I'm running RF-5's with the RC-64, sounds amazing!
  8. DHL is a lot cheaper too, highly recommended by others!
  9. UPS is filled with morons! I work at a business that ships out industrial electronics daily. We had our packer box up an item that was about 80lbs, the carton was marked with fragile stickers and this side up stickers. What was the first thing the UPS guy did? Slam it on his handtruck and turn it upside down! Receiving shipped items is my worst nightmare and seeing your speaker brings a tear to my eye! Get a refund ASAP or a reimbursement that will fix the problem! Good Luck:(
  10. The Outlaw does have a DVI connection for the TV, check on a DVI to HDMI!
  11. I definitely agree with these anything Disney/Pixar is great, I think Hellboy looked great if anyone saw it, Crank had an awesome look unlike any other movie I've ever seen. I'm trying to get an idea of all the movies that look and sound great so that my library is on point!
  12. The KG 1.2V for the center and see if you can find another set of 3.2's and you'll be set!

Go with a seperate amp/ processor setup. I swiched from a denon to 2 parasound amps and an outlaw processor and the results were amazing! Check audiogon, ebay, and other forum members for used equipment. You have a good base with the speakers you own for HT. Good luck in your decision!
  14. I'm just trying to figure out what movies are going to shock and awe, all replys greatly appreciated!
  15. Not as bad as I thought. Amazon has it for a little over $400.
  16. The tv is a samsung 56in DLP 1080p, and yes it's too tall. The shelf can't be turned either. Who knew I'd be getting a 61lb center channel!
  17. The price probably screams heart-attack!
  18. It wouldn't fit on the top shelf, which was a major dissapointment, but I'm moving soon and there are plenty of racks I've been eyeing! That lint brush was a gift from the prime minister of Malaysia.
  19. I picked up the RC-64 anyway, for $300 you can't beat that. The guy had the box and all paperwork, it was too big for his rack, but fit great into mine. I watched 2 movies today and it sounded great, but if I can find an RC-7 you can never have too much equipment!
  20. How much, just PM me, thanks!
  21. Can I do this or is it gonna sound like garbage? Let me add that I can get the 64 for 300.!

    Subwoofer?

I watched Cloverfield and Live Free Die Hard, both movie sounded phenominal! The lows in Cloverfield were felt throughout the entire house, until my fiance scolded me like I was teenager. Oh well she has business trip next week, thank God!

    Subwoofer?

UPDATE: I picked up the AV123 MFW-15 sub, This thing is ridiculous! I bought locally from a guy that purchased 2. It was still fully sealed from the factory for $640. It's a lot bigger than I had expected, but when is that a bad thing!

    Subwoofer?

I was just on the forum earlier today, there is a guy locally selling a AV123 MFW-15. Anyone heard these? They were like #8 on craigsubs, which I've never heard of.
