Does the Cornwall have more midrange and high ability than the Heresy?

Bit much for the room I have. I thought the heresy was originally for a center between k-horns.

Will a heresy work well for a center speaker with LaScala's

This is the reason that was explained to me also by Bob Crites. Cant blame them at all on this point.

Thanks for the feedback. I prefer snappier base than muddy base I like it to be tight. I have never heard the lascalas but I am starting to lean in that direction. Now the question is lascala or lascala II's.

You have assumed correctly. If you could find an inexpensive method for shipping they are in the original boxes. sorry for slow response for some reason I did not get this post in my e-mail.

Thanks Bruce, I am trying to decide between LaScalas and CornScalas at this time. LaScalas are the only Heritage speaker I have not owned, I haven't even seen a pair in person.

Just was hoping for some feedback on the different types of cornscalas available a b c d, from some of you that may have heard, seen , or own them. I recently moved to Colorado and into a smaller home and had to part with my Klipschorns because of not having room for them, and I miss them. I am running RF-7'IIs and was considering adding a pair of these as an alternative.

I am surprised I haven't had any activity on these.

Well just have to say thank you very much, just cleaned the lens with the disc and played a pretty much unplayable cd (I bought a new one to replace it because it was in such poor shape) and it played through with only one little skip so I think I am all set. Love having this forum and really appreciate the help. Thanks again.

By the way I have the BDP-95 what is the difference with the new 105.

Yes the lens is definitely what needs addressing because as I said the discs play fine in my other players. I too have an oppo thanks to this Forum, and it has no problem with the same discs. I hope this works. Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it.

Do these actually work. Do you have any first hand experience with them? I checked with Radio Shack locally and they have some there. They also have a disc doctor to clean and supposedly repair discs.

No, How do I go about doing this.

Any one out there have a McIntosh MVP-871 and have problems with it reading discs. I have had a few problems with mine, it dosent seem to do well with even a minor scratch or smudge,It will lock up and I have to reset it and remove the disc. I have several other players that play the same Discs with no problem at all. I use it for music, mostly cd's,SACD's, DVD Audio, ect. Any feed back is appreciated. Thanks
