Hallo. I noticed a big different in the lows with my new RF82. My old Infinity Qb went till 42 Hz , now it is 33 Hz (3dB). Only the difference of 9 Hz you can hear very well. We can hear now low sounds in the movies and music we never heard before. One Q. what happens with the sound of 32 Hz? Do we hear them? wim

Hallo. We are still waiting in Europe for the Denon Bluray player DBP2010. Denon has stopped with DVD players and is producing only BR now. The sound is much better than the DVD players. Lossless bitrate from the analoge output.. Is this player already seen in the USA.? wim

Use a red glass for the left eye and a green for the right. You can look into the horn! Maybe you have glasses from Shrek or the mars voyager. And yes ,I know it is not in the right forum. sorry about that.

Hallo. Thanks. The sound of the Klipsch is absolut great with the Rotel Amp.Very neutral. We did a sound test in the studio at a big Hifi dealer in Rotterdam. First we had music with Denon Amps. The sound is warmer and coloured than with the Rotel. Second, we switched over in the middle of the test to Focal Chorus 726V speakers. The sound was softer and less loud, but most difference was the curtain! It was like a thick curtain closed before the speakers. Amazing! The Focals are about 60 Euros each more expensive than the Klipsch in Holland. wim

Hallo. They have to start a blind test with the Bose Wave Music System. This big marketing mystery brand ,I never see in any review , any Hifi magazine, or possibility to compare in a hifi shop and they give never a specification. It's like cola. LOL

Hallo Islander. The additional tweeters are not add-on Super Tweeters. But this tweeters are about 6 feet away from the Klipsch.It's like a screen of sound. haha

You are right. The bad recordings are awful. The war against loudness!. Only the lossless CD's are ok. (1411 Kb/sec bitrate)

Hallo Klippers. We do have additional a pair of tweeters in our stereo system. the tweeters have an Ohm value of 16. It is parallel switched. So the amp have to give 5.3 Ohm? 8 x 16 = 128. 8 + 16=24 128:24=5.3 Ohm. The question is will the use of the tweeters changes the sound of the RF82? or any other influence? wim

Hallo. I think the quality and the power of the end amp. is important to have good high sounds from the tweeter. The difference in sound between the klipsch tweeter and the Emit will be less when connected to the 2 x 130 Watts by 8 ohm from the RB1070 of Rotel. Thanx.

Thanks for the reply Colin, Yes ,I know a lot of things are important to give a good result in audio. I do have now for 33 years Infinity and I like the USA sound of it. It was very difficult to find good alternatives for them, when I purchased a new amp. I listened to B&W 683 and KEFQ11. Both very nice but very clean and careful. The Infinity and I think also the Klipsch are more an adventure in sound. LOL. We do listen all kind of music, classic and progressive rock. But the CD's have a problem with the war against loudness. So we take care to listen only the lossless CD's and well mastered ones. p.s. we were searching on the web. for best speakers with Rotel. And than Klipsch came in the picture.(very good spec.!)
