Not sure what happened, but I am using Quintets for my rear channels, and my right rear had no sound, so I tired one of my spare Quintets, and the same thing. Thinking my speaker wire was bad, I replaced that and the same problem. I tried yet another spare, and now it's working fine. Turns out two of the speakers were bad.
I no longer have the original boxes or sales receipts and can't even remember what the warranty is. Would I be able to return these without any of that info? The speakers wern't that expensive to begin with, so it's not that important (If it were my Klipsch Sub, then I would be more concerned)
