https://paducahhometheater.com/  has a better deal:  $3300 shipped + taxes if they have any left.  Mine just arrived yesterday.

When these first came out I believe pricing was about 10K a pair maybe more, maybe slightly less.  I would be pissed had I bought a pair anywhere near that price.  I purchased my forte IV, 1 month old strait out of the wrapper with boxes, etc. in distressed oak with lambswool grills for $3,500  I then sold my forte II for 1K.  Yes, you got the deal of the century!

    Welcome.

Because we like to look at our glowing tubes or blue meters. Just esthetics, nothing more. Never understood why people put monoblock amps directly on the floor either.

As you surmise, an additional 6', 10', even 25' will make no audible difference.

I think you will see more and more move their racks to the side to make room for the new Heritage Sub that's been announced to sit up front with their Heritage speakers.

    Welcome to the Forum.

Travis has a release date been announced on the Heritage sub?  Will there be more than one option and wood grain?  TIA.
