  1. Doc Who, anytime any of you guys want to come and have a listen and possibly stay for a nice steak dinner! And the good news is my better half likes this setup better than what I had before and she hasn't had time to listen to them yet.
  2. For the full pictures you can go here: http://s372.photobucket.com/albums/oo170/ntcrusher/ I have never been one to sugarcoat anything. I bought a brand new set of La Scala II's in 2010. The finest sound I have ever heard a system to be. I questioned many people on this site about really how much better can a system sound with the jubilee's than what I had. All I got was "trust me" and " you have no idea". I had reserve about it. But as everyone knows on this site, we all seek the next level. I have skipped levels with this addition. My opinion as well as a couple of friends of mine that share the music hobbie, the jubilee's are about 4 or 5 times the sound I get with my La Scala's. I have never heard what I am hearing right now with only 4 watts of power on the HF. Period. If anyone has any questions or comments for me, I will be glad to take them. Many thanks go out to Mike and Richard as they have been very helpful in this LONG journey. And yes. It was worth it!
  3. And here you go guys. I still have some wiring to do for video, but I do have the music up and cranking. Unbelievable is all I can say. K2 running the bass bins and Mac MC402 running the tads. Tads hitting 4 watts and god knows how many watts hitting the bass bins. It caves the chest is all I can say.
  4. Here is a couple of shots of the bass bins on the deck getting ready to go into their new home.
  5. Here are a couple of shots of two big chevy diesels bringing the babies around to the deck.
  6. Here is the truck driver named Roy that carried them to the terminal.
  7. Ok guys. Here we go. Since I didn't want to wait for them to deliver them, I went and picked them up. I snapped this shot at the terminal.
  8. Just got a tracking number from Klipsch. Should be here early next week! Get ready for some pics guys.
  9. I didn't get your first email Wuzzzer. Try it again. You can email me directly at ntcrusher@hotmail.com
  10. Ok guys, finished building my component shelving for my living room. <a href="http://s372.photobucket.com/albums/oo170/ntcrusher/?action=view&current=DSC00471.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i372.photobucket.com/albums/oo170/ntcrusher/DSC00471.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> <a href="http://s372.photobucket.com/albums/oo170/ntcrusher/?action=view&current=DSC00469.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i372.photobucket.com/albums/oo170/ntcrusher/DSC00469.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> The jubes should be here early next week. More pics to come.
  11. Awesome Mike! Thank you sir. I will get a meter sometime tomorrow. I will give you a call tomorrow evening before I get started.
  12. Dtel, I don't know about good, but we both get to enjoy both of them. I'm sure you guys will love the comments she makes when they jubes actually show up. Coytee was being nice with his better half's comments. Yes, I said better half! [8-|]
  13. You know Cack05, when I heard all this talk about the TADS, I went and started looking at them. Looking at the pictures of them, they didn't seem to be that big. When I got them, my jaw dropped. I couldn't believe they were behemoths.
  14. I will defintely get a volt meter Mike (Who). I guess it's going to be a test to my ears. And actually my girlfriend is that good! 2 rooms in the house she has no say in. My office and the living room (HT). Everything else is all hers! I also have to get her a Hot Springs Spa installed on the deck. That was the trade off of me getting the jubilee's. (She doesn't know about the TADS).
  15. Quick question guys. Since I am biamping the jubilee's (TAD 4002 HF Drivers) with 2 seperate amplifiers, I wanted to know a couple of things. This is the first time doing this and have been reading that it's complicated. The TADS will be driven by a Mcintosh MC402 that doesn't have any gains and the LF with a Crown K2 that does have gains, I will need some help dialing them in. Mike2a3 has given me a .dc1 file that I have uploaded to my EV DC ONE so that is ready to go. Richard, I know you had to dial yours in as well, so I know I will be calling you. Hopefully I won't need a doctorate to perform what needs to be done. You think dialing them in will be an easy feat? [8-|]
  16. I paid around 5K for mine in 2010 brand new from Klipsch. I would say 3500 or possibly 4K?
  17. Thanks Cask. I have already told my boss that I am taking off for 2 days once I know the due date. I'm going to try and post an image here of what the front wall will look like.
  18. Ok guys. The TADS are here now. The EV DC ONE is here. Today will be the second day Klipsch is working on my Jubilee's (Walnut Veneer). Here is a link to a couple of pictures of my TADS. http://s372.photobucket.com/albums/oo170/ntcrusher/?start=all
  19. Ok guys. Tad's will be arriving today. DC ONE will be arriving today. K2 will be arriving tomorrow. Don't have a deliver date as of yet for the jubes. You guys get ready for some pics.
  20. Thanks Mike, I figured it was going to be either that or the DX38. I listen to music more than anything, but the better half likes watching blu ray's so I have to keep my sides. I did want to put the 402 on the La Scala, but I can't because it would block the TV. When I build my addition next spring, (30X40) I will probably do something like that.
  21. Going with a EV DC ONE. I'll let the MC402 run the tads and let a Crown K2 run the bass bins. I have a MC7270 run one of my 2010 La Scala II center channel.
