This is a story told to me by someone who knows. When we went into Irag the first time people were amazed at how quickly the Iragi air force was ruined. It was supposed to be much more formidable. The Iraqi air and radar control computers were bought from France who got the computers with a back door built in from the USA. When it was time their airforce stood no chance while fighting both better aircraft and being blind in many ways. I buy Dell computers and a few years back read a story for various Dell server boards made in China. They had back doors in them. This is not new and who knows what all is in there waiting to be triggered. I bet the hair would stand up on our necks if we knew the full extent of espionage and surveillance going on. My PC's with design and machining data do not ever go online.

When I saw Pink Floyd at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto in 1973, they had their quad sound set up, and it was impressive, especially back then.  When Roger Waters played the bass intro to One of These Days, it was the loudest musical sound I had ever heard, and it was magnificent!

I saw 2 of their shows in 72-73 , their sound was new with synthesizers   , and Pink Floyd was the top electronic band in the World , at  a time of Peace and Love and Hippies and the Vietnam war for a few of us   ,, they were light years ahead of anybody else ---

Toe-in is not synonymous with "on-axis".  In fact, PWK was stating that the optimum geometry in-room is 45 degrees of toe-in.  That's usually enough to put the centerline crossing point of stereo loudspeakers in front of the listeners.

Here's another discussion of toe-in of horn-loaded loudspeakers, assembled by Bill Waslo (of Liberty Instruments fame):  https://community.klipsch.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=155810

Thank you for any help, guidance, or advice.

keep the same dimensions but use 1 inch  plywood or MDF  as that increases the stiffness , a1 brace is all that is needed  - in the center above the woofer front to the  back  panel ----make no changes --front mount the drivers is easier , route out   about 1/4 inch for the woofer-tweeter -mids for a flush  clean look , damping is needed on the side walls ----rear -and front , but use acoustical foam -    that's it

HI -Mudd , sure liked this video , I've been to Egypt and I've tasted a few sweet beers they make the old fashion way ,  the Egyptians drink everything with sugar ,  tea-coffee-beer as they eat pastries with beer -

the closest beer to the Egyptian old fashion sweet beer , I ever drank was called LAZIZA -it was brewed in Lebanon  by Almaza ,in the 60's --70- early 80's , but it no longer exists as the Laziza ia now  a non-alcoholic beer  sold all over the ME and Almaza is now owned by Heineken -

-I make a sweet beer at home  , and it tastes like a Stella-Artois with a tiny hint of sugar  -
