Extremely RARE Klipschorn Shorthorn speakers in excellent condition (except one kids black marker streak on one edge,have not attempted to remove)!All original,drivers,crossovers, cabs etc....These have the HIGHLY esteemed Jensen p15ll woofers used in the legendary Jensen Imperial Speaker (considered the finest vintage speaker in the world) hand picked by Paul Klipsch himself and Tweeked BY HIM for even greater bass extension, thus earning his approval and Klipsch lablel on each woofer! The Jensen woofers were used only for 2 years ('57-'59) and even then only on a very limited # of speakers.CONSECUTIVE SERIAL #S ! Also custom marble top on both cabs that is simply lifted to remove if desired!I have many vintage speakers (including Voice of the Theatre) and ,really, nothing comes close sonically to these incredible Klipschorns. I have a 1958 shorthorn and it uses the Stevens Trusonic woofer, later that year they switched to EV woofers.

My house is well on the way to that. However, if it got to this level, I think I would lose most of my gear in the divorce (out of spite). I feel better, I only have 16 pairs of speakers, 4 center, 4 subs, 2 orphans, this guy has 60+ pairs. I wish I was closer, just to take a look.

I love my Forte I's (I have never had a pair of Forte II). I think they are a very overlooked speaker and will always pick up another pair, if I find a bargain.

I may be wrong, but I don't think the Ti diaphragms from the KG 4.2 are compatible with the Heresey II.
